Online Meet Signup Help
From the Online Meet Signup/Entries web page, go to the Online Signup column, and select the Entry Form of your choice. (Note: Online Meet Signup requires an ID/password)
After entering the user ID and password, the appropriate Online Signup Form window will open. Check the information at the top of the Signup Form to ensure you have selected the correct meet.
From the Online Sign Form, use the pull-down boxes to enter your swimmer's name, and YES or NO, if your swimmer will be attending the meet.
For the Marlin Meet (1st meet of the season), be sure to select your events (Note: There is a 4 event limit, and novice events are for 1st time swimmers ONLY). For ALL home meets, with the exception of the Marlin Meet, the coaches will be selecting each swimmer's events.
Use the SUBMIT FORM button to submit your online entry.
You should receive a confirmation window on a successful entry.
If you are signing up more than one swimmer, repeat steps 1-5. If you remain in the same web session, you won't be prompted to login again (step 2).
You can further confirm your online entry(s) by returning to the Online Meet Signup/Entries web page, and selecting the either the HTML or TEXT Online Entries link. In the HTML page, you should see your entry at the top. In the TEXT page, you should see your entry at the bottom of the listing. If you don't see your entry, you might need to "refresh" your web page. Once the meet entry signup period has closed, an Entries Listing or Meet Psych Sheet will be available from the Marlins home page.
Note: You can change your entry any time prior to the closing date of the meet signup. All entries are date-time stamped. With multiple entries, the most recent entry will be used. After the online signup close date, please contact Coach Brad or Coach Mike for any changes.
