METHOD 1
Export the Text version of the Online Entries into an
MS Excel spreadsheet:
-
Open the TEXT version of the Online
Entries.

Right mouse click(*) in the document and
select the item that is labeled "Export to Microsoft Excel.
-
Two things should open up, and
empty excel spreadsheet, and a "New Web Query" window.
-
At the bottom of the "New Web Query"
window, select "Import" (Do not change any of the default
settings).
-
An
"Import Data" window
should pop up (do not change any of the default settings), select "OK"
(at this time, all online meet entries
should appear in your spreadsheet).

Highlight columns A through E; from the pull down menus at the top of the page, select Data, then Sort.
-
A "Sort" window should pop up.
By default, Sort by Column A in ascending order should be selected
(do not change that setting). Select "Header Row". Now select OK.

Now your spreadsheet should be in alphabetical
order.

At this point, you can save the
excel spreadsheet and/or print it.
METHOD 2
Copy and paste the data from the Online Entries (TEXT version)
into an Excel spreadsheet

Open the TEXT version of the Online
Entries.

Left mouse click(*) in the
document and drag your mouse over the data to select it. Release the mouse
button. Your data selection should be highlighted.

Hold the cursor over the data
and then use right mouse button to copy the data.

Open an Excel spreadsheet, and
right mouse click in cell A1. Select Paste Special, then Text, then OK.

Data should appear in the Excel
spreadsheet, and the data should be aligned in separate columns & rows. you
may have to adjust your columns accordingly.

Highlight columns A through E; from the pull down menus at the top of the page, select Data, then Sort.
-
A "Sort" window should pop up.
By default, Sort by Column A in ascending order should be selected
(do not change that setting). Select "Header Row". Now select OK.

Now your spreadsheet should be in alphabetical
order.

At this point, you can save the
excel spreadsheet and/or print it.
(*) Use opposite mouse button if your mouse is setup as
a left-handed mouse
Close window.
