In a nutshell, to export the Text version of the Online Entries into an
MS Excel spreadsheet:
-
Open the TEXT version of the Online
Entries.
-
Right mouse click(*) in the document and
select the item that is labeled "Export to Microsoft Excel.
-
Two things should open up, and
empty excel spreadsheet, and a "New Web Query" window.
-
At the bottom of the "New Web Query"
window, select "Import" (Do not change any of the default
settings).
-
An
"Import Data" window
should pop up (do not change any of the default settings), select "OK"
(at this time, all online meet entries
should appear in your spreadsheet).
-
Highlight columns A through E; from the pull down menus at the top of the page, select Data, then Sort.
-
A "Sort" window should pop up.
By default, Sort by Column A in ascending order should be selected
(do not change that setting). Select "Header Row". Now select OK.
