Online Concession Signup Help
Do not let this Online Signup process discourage you from signing up for concessions. It really is VERY SIMPLE!!
CHECKING WHAT TO SIGN UP FOR
From the Online Concession Signup web page, go to the Online Entries column, and select the Online Entries for the appropriate meet. Check to see what concession items are being requested (top portion of the web page), and then check which items have been signed up for (bottom portion of the web page). The bottom part of the web page is automatically, and immediately updated every time someone signs up for concessions. The top portion of this web page is NOT updated automatically (which are the X's that are placed in front of the requested (and fulfilled) items. Your web site administrator manually updates that portion of the web page.
SIGNING UP FOR AN ITEM
Once you know what items you are going to sign up for, go back to the Online Concessions Signup web page, and select the Online Sign Up Form (Note: Online Concession Signup requires an ID/password)
From the Online Sign Form, enter your name in the field shown, then select the concession item you will bring to the specified meet. Also, check to make sure you are signing up for the correct meet.
Use the SUBMIT FORM button to submit your online entry.
You should receive a confirmation window on a successful entry.
CONFIRMING YOUR ENTRY
With online concession signup, there could be a discrepancy if two people are signing up at the exact same time. Therefore, please "double" confirm your entry by returning to the Online Concession Signup web page, and selecting the Online Entries link for the appropriate meet. You should see your entry at the bottom of the list. If you don't see your entry, you might need to "refresh" your web page.
SIGNING UP FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS
Repeat this sign up process if you are going to sign up for another concession item.
If you find that you signed up for a concession item that was already taken, just use this sign up process again to sign up for another item. Then use the contact link below, with information about the signup error, and it will be corrected.
